No one on the road is colder and crueler. Shows no mercy to Autobots who happen to be on the highway with him. Seeks to destroy Optimus Prime so he can claim to be "King of the Road". Can survive a collision with anyone, except Optimus Prime. Reaches a top speed of 140mph and can shatter a 20-foot concrete block. Uses a 400mph wind producing cyclone gun. Still, as much as he enjoys demolition, he's only too glad to join the fight once the Autobots arrive on Earth!

Likes
- excellent articulation despite no ball joints
- very cool vehicle mode
- improved colours over Takara version (i.e. no more baby blue)
- two force ignition gimmicks
- bot mode is very stable due to wide feet
- ingenious transformation design
- lightpipe eyes (although bot head looks bald)

Dislikes
- force ignition gimmicks are a little lame
- green blade is not straight sideways
- overall small size
- clunky forearms and legs
- bot legs could have been slightly longer
