Vector Prime
"The true key to victory lies in the strength of the mind, not the fist."

Vector Prime is an ancient Transformer who has continued to observe space and time since the beginning of time (hence the word "ancient"). In order to prevent the crisis of all the Universes, he appears before Galaxy Convoy and appeals for the recovery of the Planet Force. Although both are considered as Cybertron/Autobot, he has been alone since ancient times, being a singularity of a family line yet able to blend into a team.



The box

Likes
- very cool vehicle mode
- superb articulation, yet without ball-joints
- proportionate robot mode
- decent colour scheme (albeit dull grey is disappointing)
- sword is very nice
- minicon is a triple changer!
- a few ways to pose the wings in robot mode; and with the additional weapons, this TF has more playability than many other 1st wave GF TFs
- innovative way to store sword in vehicle mode - has a "dead" mini-wing on the other side to retain symmetry
Dislikes
- only two modes
- force chip gimmick is lame; should've throw in an additional mode instead
- the dull grey! Well, at least it won't be that obvious when the plastic turns yellow. And an 'ancient' TF shouldn't be look too shiny. Most spacecrafts in many sci-fi TV series aren't coated in shiny silver anyway.
- base in vehicle mode is rather thick
